CFManager is our own control panel plugin for cPanel and DirectAdmin, built in-house because stock panels never treated CFML as a first-class citizen. Adobe ColdFusion users get self-service datasource management that normally needs root-level CF Admin access; Lucee users get request monitoring, logging and one-click access to the Lucee Web Admin.

Creating a datasource in CFManager from cPanel

Create, update and remove your own MySQL and MsSQL datasources directly from cPanel. On most hosts this needs root-level access to the CF Admin; with CFManager it is a form in your control panel.

Lucee edition

Sharing a datasource across accounts in CFManager

Built for resellers too

Datasources can be shared across accounts, and in keeping with our whitelabel service design there is no Host Media branding anywhere in CFManager, cPanel or DirectAdmin. To your clients, it is simply part of your hosting.

And because CFManager is custom built by our in-house developers, it has a full roadmap of future features and integrations, shaped by what our CFML customers actually ask for.

CFManager is included as standard on all new Adobe ColdFusion and Lucee shared & reseller packages. It is not included in VPS or Dedicated Server services. On VPS and Dedicated Servers you will have access to the CF Admin.

CFManager is built for cPanel and DirectAdmin, so it works inside the control panel you and your clients already use, with no separate login or server-level access needed.

On Adobe ColdFusion packages you can create, update and remove your own datasources (MySQL and MsSQL) directly from your control panel, something that normally requires root-level access to the CF Admin.

It is very simple to access CFManager, just login to your control panel and locate the CFManager icon.

In keeping with our whitelabel service design there is no branding in CFManager, DirectAdmin or cPanel that relates to Host Media.
